The June meeting of the Richmond Participatory Budgeting Steering Commission will took place at the Downtown Public Library @ 101 E. Franklin St., Richmond VA 23224 from 5:30-7pm.

For this meeting, the steering commission reviewed all the work that has happened in the Spring of 2024 and continue to plan for next steps this summer and fall.

The Commission shared their Why's and Hope for RVAPB

Discussion ofhow the funding can achieve our equity/ equality goal, but at the same time recognize the capacity of staff

Staff shared ideas for goal during each stage of the RVAPB process.

There was a broad conversation about the outreach efforts to date.
